Encouraging and supporting the Vacation Bible School movement in pastorates, including preparation and recommendation of teaching materials.
Planning and organizing Bible study programs and other methods of religious education for children, youth, and adults.
Promoting theological education by extension to empower lay members with a deeper understanding of the faith.
Equipping all members of the diocese to grow spiritually and engage actively in the life of the Church.
